A “Great Goldmedal” of the National Garden Show (Bundesgartenschau/Buga) in Mannheim is now lying in our hands. It was awarded to us for “a diverse assortment of specimen plants and a wide color spectrum of potted hydrangeas” by the Deutsche Bundesgartenschau Gesellschaft (German National Garden Show association/DBG). We took part in the gardeners’ competitions as part of the hall show “Of real heroes, of working and of celebrating” which took place in the NRW hall of the Buga. For this reason, the medal presentation was not only attended by Lydia Frotscher (DBG exhibition representative), but also by Heiner Esser, Managing Director of the NRW Horticultural Association. In addition to the “Great Gold Medal” we received 14 times gold and 3 times silver in the individual competitions.

What can we say about such an award? Of course we are extremely happy with it and made the trip to Mannheim and the opening of the hall show. But first of all we would like to forward the honour to all our employees, because without them we could not deliver the plant quality that is necessary for getting such an award. The Certificate and medals will of course get a nice place in our conference room.
